Gina Aleman Doula in Orlando

Meet Gina

Knowledgeable support in pregnancy and beyond.

Gina Aleman seeks to cultivate trust in our bodies and instincts during the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum season. As an educator for more than 10 years, Gina graciously shares relevant and evidence-based information with her clients through childbirth education, birth doula support, lactation guidance, sleep education, and postpartum care. Her own peaceful birth experiences paved the way for her to begin supporting friends-- and then their friends-- as they charted their way through birth preparation, birth itself, lactation, and the postpartum months. Their trust helped her to trust her aptitude for birth support. Gina's expansive experience as an educator allows her to meet each person where they are, setting aside bias or personal beliefs to give each family what they specifically need to grow.

Gina understands the incredible value of quality perinatal care and seeks to make her services accessible to all birthing people, especially as an advocate for black, Indigenous, and other people of color who might not otherwise have such resources within their reach. She is most motivated by watching her clients flourish in the postpartum season- feeling supported, equipped, and strong.

As a strong believer in healthy work-life balance, when not with you Gina enjoys dancing, aerial yoga, social gatherings, being on the water, and long chats over a delicious meal. Her own flourishing family includes her artist husband and their two easy-to-love creative children. Gina is drawn to information and knowledge, which suits her well as a longtime educator of learners aged three to adult, and now as a birth educator.

Every woman deserves a postpartum doula. Gina cared about my birth experience. She helped organize the house, prepared food, and held the baby while I showered!

Mom of Baby A.

Not sure how many people I have told about her childbirth education class, a lot. Mocktails, dancing, massage! Super informative and joyful.

Mom of Baby S.

Being a new mom, I had no idea what I was doing. Gina was able to put all my doubts away. She has been a great help in my random child development questions and how to help practice those milestones.

Mom of Baby X.

With her support, I have been able to not only manage but to enjoy this messy foray into parenting with more than 1 child. Her skills and expertise are nothing short of extraordinary and I wouldn't have to think twice about hiring her again.

She gave me personal care that goes beyond any hospital class. New Blossom Maternity is the best investment for any growing family!
