Rooted in community and movement, this Collective blends in-person prenatal and postpartum classes with a private member space designed to nourish both body and nervous system.

This is not a fitness program. It’s not about “bouncing back.” It’s about moving with care, confidence, and strength— together.

What’s Included

As a member, you’ll receive:

  • Unlimited access to two to three weekly prenatal + postpartum movement classes
  • Birth ball and yoga movement practices that support pregnancy, birth, and recovery
  • A private community space for connection, meetups, and shared support
  • Monthly schedules and rotating local locations
  • A calm, welcoming environment where motherhood is honored

The Experience

The 75-minute classes include:

  • Grounding breathwork
  • Pregnancy-safe and postpartum-conscious movement
  • Birth ball sequences for pelvic support and labor preparation
  • Gentle strengthening and release
  • A short guided relaxation or visualization

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to attend every week?

Not at all. Thrive is an unlimited subscription so you can come when it fits your life and feels supportive.

Can I bring my baby?

Yes. Thrive is designed for mothers with their babies. Feeding, soothing, baby noises, and movement breaks are all part of the space.

What if I’m running late or need to leave early?

That’s completely okay. Motherhood has its own rhythm. Come when you can, rest when you need, and know you’re always welcome.

Is this prenatal or postpartum?

Both. Classes are open to pregnant mothers and postpartum mothers (with babies up to 9 months). Movements are always offered with options.

What if I’m recovering or don’t feel ready to exercise?

Thrive is not intended to be an intense workout. It’s gentle, supportive movement with an emphasis on listening to your body. Rest is always an option.

How often can I attend?

As often as you’d like while you’re a member. You’ll have access to the full monthly schedule.

Is there an online component?

Yes— this community space is where you’ll find the schedule, updates, and connection between classes.
